That's the problem with those shows - since you know pretty much nothing was said/done at random, you sometimes assume something was important/had a meaning when it's not true at all and was just that, a coincidence. But yeah, seriously, I can't believe Charlie's dream was it either. Too specific and everything. I mean, if he just meant to distract Claire, he would have used something funnier than the imagery of teeth falling off, right?
