So it's done. I watched all of season 1, and the season finale? Killed me dead. I never imagined I'd get so engrossed in that show that I would be - quite literally - bouncing on my bed out of anxiety because of what was happening on screen. But this, too, happened - what can I say, I'm kinda easy sometimes *shrug* I'm also weak because when everything was over and done with and I could finally breathe a little, I immediately asked GD who was behind the door because sometimes? You just have to know who's behind the door. Well, this was one of those moments *nods*

Unrelated now - I read a Prison Break fic yesterday that kinda blew my mind.

clex_monkie89's story was... quite the experience. It's intense - I love saying that but some fics are just really powerful, and this is one of them. It's kinda haunting in the way it's told... it's a lot of things at the same time and I adored it. I don't know if it'll work for everyone - nor do I think it should, anyway - but it so worked for me!

Unrelated again - though technically, there is a logical link between everything that has been said from the first line of my entry to this, but I guess it would make sense only to me, so I'll spare you the painful details. Rejoice, flist - I read

mrscutedean's latest post where she shared some nice spoilers for a future episode of SPN and I only have one thing to say: I so rule! I think about things and I make them happen! I mean, the flashback thing was totally #3 on my Three Things I'd Like to See in SPN list. And, sure, it was more or less expected but who cares! I listed it and then TPTB made it happen, yay!

Come to think of it, the past few days have been quite awesome as far as spoilers go - I think the future episodes of both SPN and Numb3rs will be enjoyed tremendously. Not that there was any doubt to begin with, mind you - but whatever :-)

I will not follow you onto the road to worshipping Veronica Mars. That show bores me. Which is a shame because Veronica herself is awesome but the show is too boring for even that to make up for it, lol. I was sort of vaguely curious about the plot once I'd reached the 11th episode (since I'd downloaded eps 1 to 11 and watched them all in order to make up my mind about the show) but really, I don't think I care enough to even look for episode summaries, lol. I can sort of see the appeal for everybody else, though. Unlike other shows where I don't see the appeal. No, I can understand why this one would be a favorite. It's just not for me.

And speaking of SPN spoilers, you read that one yet?

I know about your VM dislike, which actually makes me smile because at the time you wrote your first reactions to it? I was nodding all the way through the entry - and look at me now lol I can't say I love VM as much as any of my other show, but I am enjoying it a lot, anyway. Weirdest thing ever as it's so not my kind of show. But what can I say, it happens :-)

And I haven't read that spoiler yet as it's apparently flocked or something, I can't acces the page, but thanks all the same *g*

You know what's even funnier? VM is actually more my kind of show than yours I think, what with the whole detective angle and puzzle plots... but it's just too... boringly done, I feel. I don't know, it's just boring. And I gave it a BIG chance since I watched all 11 first eps, lol. But no can do. Well, can't like everything, uh?

And you can't read that spoiler! OMG! Apparently, it's an excerpt from a script for an upcoming episode. No telling yet if it'll ever make it in the ep or not (nor which ep it is supposed to be), but here it is in all its glory:

Int. Motel.

Dean rings the desk-bell. The older boy, Michael, 12 (kid of the proprietor) pushes himself off the sofa, saunters up behind the counter and pulls out a registration card.

MICHAEL: King or two queens?

DEAN: Two queens.

Michael looks out the plate-glass window behind Dean.

POV. Sam leans against the Impala. Waiting for Dean.

MICHAEL: (mutters): Yeah. I bet.

DEAN: What'd you say?

MICHAEL: Nice car.

That's even funnier yes lol Man, there really is no strict rule for liking or disliking a show, is there? It just works or it doesn't...

Speaking of your kind of show and stuff, did you ever try that now French show, RIS: Police Scientifique - French CSI though it's supposedly an adaptation from an Italian series? Cause I was thinking of you when it premiered. I think two more episodes aired last week or so but I didn't watch them.

I kept wondering whether you would hate it or actually think it was nice...

See? I knew you'd like that little spoiler thing. Whether it makes it into an ep or not (though it'd be a shame for it to be cut. They did do the whole gay couple/slap on the ass thing already so it's not like they're squeamish, uh?). And damn it. I think incest is ew! *grumbles at bad brain* I still can't read it or fathom writing it but I have to admit I've been sort of getting curious about it in fiction form. It's still a squick, though. Just not as much as before.

And damn, I missed RIS. I really wanted to check it out but I don't watch TV and never have the program handy so I didn't know and missed it completely. I wonder if I can find it online somewhere...

As for VM, yeah, there's never really any telling lol. It should so be my kind of show considering I love detective shows and I got into fanfiction via Dawson's Creek and VM is kind of a mix of the two but... I think this time it might be age, though. What gets on my nerves if the whole teenage vibe which I used to enjoy in Dawson and Buffy but which is now getting on my nerves. Waaaaaah! I'm getting old! :-(
