Of this and that...

No Numb3rs last Friday! Admittedly, the torrent was conspicuous by its absence so I should have known there was a logical explanation. Getting Lost is good but without Numb3rs there's something amiss, really *pout* And it still makes me laugh that I'm being dependent on a foreign tv schedule as much as the French one *shakes head* Ah the insanity wonder of internet! Yeah anyway, I missed the boys *clings to them*

Of course I had other things to download because, you know, that's what I do, and like I said in a previous post it was Sukisyo's turn this time so I tried the pilot, and at the end of the episode the only rational reaction I could have was to squee madly and rush on-line to download the rest because I need to know where the whole thing is going, I need to! Also [livejournal.com profile] babycakesin? I also think I need to burn the series for you because it rocks. It starts as completely insane with crazy characters going into SD mode every five minutes but there's this undercurrent of seriousness and even darkness right from the start and when the episode finally comes to an end you're like 'nooooooooooooooo not now! Gimme the rest gimme gimme gimme!' Or something.

And if you allow me another change of subject, I watched the new [or not] QAF S5 preview yesterday and I realised that OMG the new season premieres next month! Wow... time flies, all right. It also means that I'll have to be even more careful to stay away from the fandom because if you think the SG fandom is wanky and bitchy, you just never were involved in the QAF US one. Except no wait... I'm already far away from the fandom. It's okay, then *is relieved*

Finally, FMA cracks me up. So I'm being thrown in the middle of the action since I missed the first minutes and here my first reaction:

Me: *watching scene 1* Oh putain!
Me: *watching scene 2* Et bah merde alors!

Translation : Holy shit... well fuck!

So yeah, it doesn't exactly bring out the polite girl in me, but well... *shrug*

I always check TV Tome after the facts, which I should definitely try to do something about, because it would save me from painful heartaches *nods wisely* Also, I trust the US users on my flist and the meanies were getting into pre-emptive squee mode at the thought of Numb3rs, which hi, wasn't nice *pout*
