Going back to names (per your last fic), George isn't in common use nowadays, especially for the under-20 crowd.
She claims this worked well for her, until she had a student helper whose name actually was George, and then confusion decended upon them. (I'm not sure why, if everyone is used to being called 'George' already; my sister's explanations are far, f-a-r more involved, and more obscure, than the Sandburg zone.)
