I find RDA more attractive every year, so obviously I think his season 1 look is the least attractive, though he is still incredibly sexy. ;-)
Daniel looks more grownup now, but I don't think he has aged much. His face is still the same. Shows you how much hair and behavious can change a person. His whole movements are different now.
Sam on the other hand really got old. I started to see it in season 6. Her face has changed, she lost her youthfull look. Not sure if I like it better now, I tend to have issues with her hair. And Teal'`c? Well, I can't see that he has gotten older. But then, he is a Jaffa, they don't age as fast as humnas, right?*g*
