It's true that on one side of the border you have the US that are apparently going as far as attacking queer or not-straight-enough literature, and on the other, you now have the legalisation of same-sex union. I mean, apparently it's not 100% done-done but everyone is saying it should hold. Talk about a difference. And I took the American example because this book thing really disturbed me, but France is still against same-sex marriage so we're not ahead either *sigh*
