Colby is always around his office and why the man sometimes just, like, stays there and just looks at him while Charlie works. That's just it, he hangs around in Charlie's office as if he has nothing better to do. It's all "Don send me to..." and then he watches Charlie's ass Charlie do equations and fondle the chalk.
