OMG, I'm dead on my feet. Well, no, actually I can't even *feel* my feet anymore. Boy am I glad to be finally home.
Let's see, I left at noon and just came back. I did a lot of little things, which almost makes me feel as if I'd done nothing but walk for no reason after all *sigh* I went to La Défense, and took advantage of my being there to wander in the Christmas market that started this week. Saw some really pretty things. On my way back, and since I wasn't so far from Les Champs Elysées, I decided to stop there, and distribute some resumes. I actually saw my former boss at Disney Store, and I'm afraid I still hate her- I swear it's a physical reaction. After that, I came back in the suburb, and distributed some new resumes on other stores. Finally I paid a little visit to the mall, and picked some new presents to add to my xmas list *g*
Of course, the only thing really important in everything I did today was my little trip to la Défense... cos see, that's where the SG Con is being held! *beaming*
That's it, guys, I have my badge! It's official, now, I'm going! lol *looks at badge* Ohhhh it's so pretty *pets badge* My precious...
Also, I saw some other Gaters, and some of them were dressed up- man they looked so good! There was a Jaffa, and a member of SG-1 (if you allow a little shallow moment, the girl looked pretty hot in her BDUs). Also there was another girl dressed up the same way as hippie!Teal'c in "1969" *and* I saw Chaka too! I was pretty excited, and I was just retrieving my badge, not even participating yet! lol Tomorrow is going to be such a blast! *glassy eyes*
Speaking of Chaka. I watched my SG S7 tapes yesterday night again, and finally saw "Enemy Mine". Wow... a new favorite of mine, that one! I thought it was a nice coincidence that I got to watch "Beast of Burden" just the day before *g* Anyway, now I understand why![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
yami_tai loves that episode so much! It was fucking great! Jack wasn't present through the whole episode, just at the beginning, but the scenes he had with Daniel were priceless! And Daniel was perfect in that one again.
So far, S7 is really up to my expectations. I'm soooooooooooo happy- whoo!
