Okay, I encountered some weird shit while reading fics through the years, but somehow this one is totally new and - IMO - sorta takes the cake.

I found a story where the writer replaced every single 'fuck' by '@#%$' *blink*

I'm not even kidding :

"It feels @#%$ fantastic"
"You two are so @#%$ hot together"
"@#%$!"
"I want you to @#%$ me"

How is that even possible? I'll just say this, @#%$ me, but this is just @#%$ hilarious! Holy @#%$ and @#%$ hell! *dies laughing*

Fucking Shit! I just wrote an long entry, and it disappeared - ARGH!

So here we go again *sigh*

Not that I want everyone to think that I forgot all about SG or TS and my boys, but I'm afraid this is going to be another of those QAF entries. No, I'm not apologising, I'm merely warning you *g*

That said, I did read some TS fics this afternoon in between two bouts of revising, and I found one that is teh hot; it had Blair subbing for both Jim *and* Steven, and it involved some of my favourite kinks. It's been posted at SFX and some other MLs, but in case you missed it or didn't get it in your inbox, I definitely advise you to follow the white rabbit and read ALF's - aka admiralandrea - lastest fic.

Now, back to QAF *eg* Well, I had trouble believing it myself, but I had the opportunity to download episode 406 today. Yes, I did say 'download'. I Mousey Mouse was able to actually watch an entire episode of QAF, and without using BitTorrent or Kazaa or anything else either. Hail to paddies.

It boggles the mind. Well it boggled mine, at least.

Now, it's not the best way of downloading stuff and it sure isn't the most practical either, but while waiting to get the CDs (or even the DVDs *determined look*) it was still absolutely awesome! I'm really grateful.

Also, for those who watched that one - didn't I pick just the best episode ever? lol I knew what was going to happen though, I spoiled myself silly the past week, so it was all right *g*

Now I can officially say that any doubt I still had about ending up not liking the show after all once I did watch it for real - -hey, it could have happened, you know? - was totally and irremediably squashed after I closed the file.

I'll talk about love at first sight from now on when I'll refer to QAF - I mean, even though I took forever to get interested in the US version of the show/fandom, I'll use the term because technically that's what happened now that I finally watched it for real. And I just want to say it, so there *eg*

Man, watching the rest is going to be so fucking good. I just know it - like, without any doubt now *g*

Also, I realized picking a favourite character is going to be difficult, if not impossible. I just had a sample of them, but this is a pretty strong feeling I have. Oh and Michael and Emmett are so bloody cute! I mean, the pics I saw of them sure didn't do them justice. And are Michael and Justin.. you know, little guys, or are Brian and Ben just that tall? Nice contrast though... definitely appealing to me *eg*

And finally, I just watched a new songvid that is pretty brilliant as well - it covers all the cast and the three previous seasons. Between the d/l of the episode and the vid, I got myself some nice incentive/reward for my revision. Me happy *g*

What is really nice with songvids is that you discover new artists or new songs sometimes, and I just found another new beloved one; Affirmation by Savage Garden. So I already knew the band of course, but not that song, and I absolutely adore it!

Even though the lyrics are pretty simple, I think the message and the feelings this song conveys are pretty powerful. I really like it *g*
