(no subject)

Found some pretties in my mailbox today again *g* goldatamera, I'm a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh so you couldn't have chosen your card better, thank you *g* And aswanargent your package was a hit, thank you so much! Like the cards and the magnet, and positively love the calendar. B&W pictures are my favourites and this calendar is just beautiful *hugs*

So I didn't receive the parcel I'm expecting from amazon, but what I got was better somehow *g*

Speaking of amazon? Amazon.uk is having some pretty sales and I just purchased Little Women [the 1995 version, which is one of my comfort movies] and... Boondock Saints!! For more than half the original price. Is there something better than sales? Well, for a material girl, I mean lol There're some series I'm itching to get my hands on because the prices just look too lovely for me not to cave in, though I have to think the thing over a bit *g* But you know, looking at beloved items and knowing that I can eventually buy them without killing my bank account reminds me why working isn't so bad, after all lol

And now? Well now I should be a) studying because I didn't open a single book in the last week and I have some exams to study for, thank you very much and b) finally watching my RotK: EE DVD which I still didn't have time to watch, but what am I doing? Watching La Boum 2 for the umpteenth time and enjoying it as always... I mean, it shouldn't be allowed to watch the same movie over and over and over again and enjoy it as much as the first time, but seriously La Boum is a classic and no matter how many times I watched it in the past - and I couldn't tell you how many times I did - I felt compelled to watch it again, so here I am *sigh*

ETA: Didn't have time to go and read the stories written for yuletide the past few days, but there's so many times one can read about how brilliant the stories are before caving in - so I took the plundge and my my, the masterlist is so bloody impressive - I can see why everyone and their flists are raving about this challenge! They even have stories based on the Nightrunner series and even for The Persian Boy, or Dark Tower! I mean, wow! Add to that other fandoms like Fujimi Symphony Orchestra or Boku no Sexual Hararssment - though I don't think the story has been uploaded yet - and I'm in heaven too *g*

ETA2: Eeeeeeek just downloaded the QAF US S5 promo and OH MAN! They had me all excited already and I shouldn't be because we still have a looooooong wait before the new season starts, but it felt so good seeing the gang again!! *feels the QAF US love*
