It's all about teh Ackles

1. My cousin left this morning with Emilie and Godfather + Aunt - they didn't know whether they would be able to come but they did. We spent a lovely evening all together yesterday - the ten of us, which is always great - and this morning it was off to the station with them and off to his new school for Juju. I'm hoping he'll send us a picture of him in his new military uniform soon. Still, it's weird... I know it's not the end of the world, and I know he's not even that far away - he's still in France, I mean - and I know he'll come back home as often as he's allowed to but ten months is a long time, you know?

Yeah anyway, I wanted to say goodbye to him, which is why I was up at 5.00 this morning and why I'm writing this now. Also? I'd almost forgotten that 5.00 am meant bright daylight already. Wow *rubs eyes*

2. Being up so early did bring some very pleasant surprises though, as princess_bunny linked us to those new shots of Jensen Ackles and just - God, how is it even possible for a human being to be so pretty? It's not natural. I always thought being too beautiful was a bit of a curse, but, well, from where I'm standing, it's still a fantastic sight *cough*

3. Someone wants to explain to me why when I'm writing angst - not that I've been doing it that much lately - it won't be that long a fic and when I'm writing shameless PWP on this side of the crack!pond I reach 5500+ words and the fucking hasn't even begun yet, which means it's actually sorta the half of the fic instead of the end of it? I need some training; mewants to keep the distance even when it's angst. Mewants dark. And longish. Well, more than 3000 words, that is.

Having said that, I'll take everything the muse decides to bestow upon me, for I am that easy and always grateful when I can write, period *clings to muse*

4. I have this sudden yearning for SPN. I think a little marathon is in order. As soon as I get my Chris obsession under control, I'll satisfy this SPN craving. Next week is going to be a joy as far as marathoning my favourite shows is concerned because I'll have all the time in the world to do so, and not just during the nights, you know?

5. As per tradition - the ever so wonderful maaaaa wrote me my Birthday TS Spanking Fic. And this time she even upped the ante as she included Jack and Daniel in the story as well as the Eppes brothers and the Winchesters! The fic is priceless, it's about spanking, it's about rituals... it's all kinds of fun and hot and sweet, really.
