Apr. 18th, 2004 10:59 pmI'm back! *hugs LJ*
Oh how wonderful DSL is when you've been away from it for, uh a weekend *cough* Well I'm sorry but going back to dial-up is nothing else than true and violent culture shock to me, and I don't care if it was just for two days *nods*
My inbox is deader than dead, but thank God my flist is here and active *hugs flist*
Yesterday we did outdoors activities like I 'reported', well today was definitely indoors activities. Why didn't anyone tell us a storm was coming? *glare* I'm not complaining that much though, 'cause before the storm came we went to the market and followed with the visit of the castle of Anet, which was built for Henri IV's favourite *g*
In the afternoon we couldn't go out though, so we just chilled in the house, chatted, laughed and did the most mundane things- but you know how it is, when you're with your family it never sounds boring. Well, not when you're with mine, anyway lol
I did a little cable marathon myself *beaming* It started last night with my cousin Anthony as a matter of fact. I was so fucking thrilled- I caught Saturday Night Live! *bounces* This one was with Helen Hunt. Then it was The Late Show and guess who the guest was? Viggo Mortensen. My flist came to my mind. Afterward it was Sex and the City's turn. Anthony is a sweetheart 'cause he didn't even blink, he just followed me through my different shows *g* Btw,
babycakesin? I 'met' Brady *g*
Today I watched an episode of the last season of Friends, plus one of Alias S3, so I finally know who Lauren is now. I didn't stop here though, no sirree, I also watched some of NYPD Blue, oh and I caught a rerun of The Dukes of Hazzard, man did it make me laugh! What was even funnier was to look at Emilie's face when I told her the blond in front of us was Clark's dad in Smallville, *that* was priceless alright lol
I so love cable *sigh*
Anyway, to make a long story short, spent a lovely weekend with family *g* I wish we'd been able to go out today as well, but hey, we can't fight against the elements.
Now, I'm off to see what you've been up to this weekend *g*
