*g* aaaaaanyway: now that I've seen the episode, I was able to read your review of it.
Ruby? Loved her too in this episode. And if she's telling the truth (long shot, but hey, you never know) about demons being able to retain their humanity, it means that if they can't break the deal, at least there is hope for Dean to remember this humanity for a few centuries... I'm not saying that I want him to die and all, but having him come back as a demon demon-hunter? That could be fun. A little fanfic-ish, but it would be a window of hope... tough!Sam and demon!Dean fighting side by side (during the day, but lying down at night)... granted, that would be a completely different show.
Thank God I know there are still three episodes to go for this season *meeps*
