Well, dude, she might have hever her hidden agenda for why she was helping the boys. So far, we don't really anything. I mean, except for what she's telling us but we all know demons lie, so who knows?
He could be a badass in his own right, helping Sam from the Beyond! :D Until he was freed and redeemed, of course
Exactly what I was saying, actually. If Ruby does tells the truth about her still remembering what it's like to human, it does give us hope concerning Dean's situation, should he really go to hell, because he so would be like that.
