Still sick - the kind of annoying cold that is pretty low in the hierarchy of colds but makes you feel like crap. I think I'm gonna bail out on tbf!Sandrine tomorrow night. The bright side is that it means I'll be able to get home right after work and download the new SPN first thing and watch it on Friday instead of Saturday, which is of the good.

I had myself a nice tv night last night. And by 'tv', I mean I finally caught up with a couple of my downloads.

I watched The Fall - finally - and ohhh I loved it! Lee Pace was fantastic in that role and little Catinca Untaru was absolutely perfect - they both worked so well together! Their scenes looked so genuine - did they ad-lib a lot, I wonder? The film was like a fairytale and I was completely under its charm. I bawled my eyes out a couple of times but that's a very Mousey thing to do when watching tv, so...

I also watched N3 5x01 and I have one thing in particular to say - EDGERTON I MISSED YOU SO! Oh, please, never be so busy as to not being able to join the cast again, all right? Ian is so one of my most favourite guest characters ever! And I love how he just fits; not just with the Eppes brothers but with everyone else too ♥ ♥

I loved the Don-Charlie issue, how Charlie is still unsure of his place at the bureau and, more importantly, by his brother's side. I loved that scene between them at the end where Don is all 'I don't care about the situation being shitty at work if it means you're back at my side'. And Charlie's being all star-eyed that Don told him so.

And because I wasn't OD'ing on enough tv, I caught up with T:TSCC - I really enjoyed 2x05, which isn't surprising seeing I love Derek so much.

Derek's "He died for you. We all die for you" was quite powerful and made me ache for, well, everyone? Derek and Kyle and everyone from the ~~original~~ future - and also for John.

Lastly - this has nothing to do with anything - I finally got myself a new desktop for my work's computer. One that is fannish but not too 'in your face'.

J'ai pas encore vu N3 mais j'ai fais ma bad et j'ai cliqué sur ton cut, j'ai vu le mot Ian ça m'a suffit *runs dl the episode* je pensais le faire samedi mais là, ça s'impose. Iaaaaaaaaaaa y a du slash entre lui et Charlie?

TSCC, OMG j'ai adoré, Derek/John centric j'étais aux anges. La scène de fin lorsque Derek explique que Beddel est mort pour le sauver et John qui pleure ça m'a trop touché. Et la scène où il fait la morale au jeune qui parle de la mort d'une façon super anodine OMFG, le pauvre gamin en a les larmes aux yeux *sigh*

J'ai bien rigolé aussi avec la scène de Cameron qui décolle le gamin du sol pour l'empêcher d'appeler sa mère puis qui lui sort "wants a bed time story?" et le gamin qui nods, c'était trop fun. J'adore cette série.

I have SPN on my desk top too. I have the old season one promos with Dean holding the shot gun and a bit of belly from where his tee separates from the waist. Sam standing sort of with is back and of course the car.

Told you so. :D Ian was very Edgertony in it, too; didn't you love it when he swooped in to abduct Charlie? :D

I hadn't heard about that movie before (The Fall), but the name of the actress drew my attention, because it looked like a Romanian name, and I IMDbed her, and lo! she is indeed a compatriot. I'm very glad for her. :)

Every time I think about the Numb3rs season premiere my mind goes "EDGERTON WAS BACK ZOMG I ♥ HIM SO MUCH!!! *FLAILS*"
