I don't know of many restaurants/coffee house that would open at 5AM here, even in Paris. Just like we don't have those 24/7 stores you seem to have a lot in the States. Or that's what it seems when watching American shows :-)
You totally should check it out, it's kinda brilliant. Creepy and funny and gory and sexy and touching and just crackilious in places. It's a lot of very good things. But I know it wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, it's also a bit special, I guess.
