First (official, as the first weekend doesn't count) day of vacation going splendidly. That first Monday is, I think, the best time in a holiday because your weekend doesn't seem that different from the usual but then Monday comes and lo, you don't have to get up early to go to work and you realise you won't have to be back for a long time! You don't have to get up at all if you don't want to! How awesome is that? ♥

I had a busy Friday night and our Saturday was quite active too but I did get my Lazy Ass Day on Sunday, though we did manage to move our asses and do some shopping (yay, dresses!) late afternoon. Today is a semi-repeat. Lie-in followed with some lazing around in bed and catching up on LJ and fic reading. Then a flurry of activity when we decided to clean the flat (between you and me, it seriously needed it) and now that it's done we can laze around some more, knowing we Accomplished Something. Later in the afternoon we'll be going to my sister's and I'm hoping for a little swim with the girls at one point. Today is supposed to very hot (that is, the weather is supposed to feel like a normal, hot August day. I know, shocking!) and since we don't know how long it'll last, better make the best of it!

Tv wise, we've finally watched the premiere of Suits and it was fun; episodes 2 and 3 have been downloaded, I'm sure the rest will follow soon. I've also caved in and downloaded the first episodes of Sirens (I'm referring to the UK show) though I'm thinking I might wait to be with the FP in Alsace to watch it - keep it for our night program, when we retreat to the basement/home cinema room :-)

Alrighty, now off to get dressed! It's almost 2.00PM, I think it's a reasonable time for that *nod*

Yes yes, still at work, boohoo. I won't even have that normal weekend + Monday thing since my first day off is on Wednesday. How long do you have holidays btw? That way I can be jealous a bit more ;)

The good weather is only supposed to last for two/three days they said this morning, so do enjoy it! I hope English weather will behave a bit, if it doesn't rain, I'll already be happy. A bit of sun would be wonderful though!

I haven't even had time to watch True Blood season 4 yet, so let alone download anything else. And am already running behind on the Dexter eps they broadcast here as well. Maybe after the holidays, things will settle down :P I keep telling myself this, but they usually don't :P

Hey, by now you'll be in the UK, won't you? I have a whole month off, thanks to the university closing for the summer.

I hope the weather will cooperate too but in case I'll be packing clothes fit for summer and autumn.

Lazy ass days would be boring after a while, but once every now and then is good for the soul. And so far we're having lazy ass mornings followed with more active afternoon/evening. Perfect combo, imho.

I do! It's just one of those shows I intended to watch, forgot and then had so much else to watch it got pushed to one side and forgotten about totally.
