I'm feeling under the weather, today. It's not even noon and I need a break. Yeah. Iron deficiency, low blood pressure, so tiring! In every sense of the term. I felt so rested last week, it's a pity work has to ruin everything >_< A three-day weekend is coming up, though, and I'm looking forward to the lie-ins! Hopefully I won't wake up at 8.00AM like I've been doing on most of my days off lately.
Sorry, whenever my iron level gets too low, it's like sleep and rest are the only two important things in my life, I could go on and on about those two things without ever, er, tiring :p
Anyway. Apart from this obsession of mine, things are doing ok, I have nothing to complain about, really :)
RL-wise, I've re-enrolled in grad school so that I could defend my thesis in June. I'd basically given up on it and then came to regret not going through with it. I contacted my thesis advisor to thank her for her help ever since I went back to school and I let slip that I wish I'd completed aforementioned thesis and, because she's absolutely wonderful, she just reassured me and proposed that I enrolled again. In a day it was done! Shockingly, too, as enrollment in my university is usually the stuff of nightmares. So that's another year of me being a student, after all...
Fannish-wise, I've started watching Haven (I know, the show is running on its fourth season, better late than never, I say ;)) and I'm enjoying it. It's not mind-blowing or anything but I enjoy seeing what kind of freaky powers is going to be discussed in each new episode and I'm quite curious about the main arc. I'm also really into the three leads. Audrey, Nathan and Duke are a lot of fun and I can't wait for the show to progress to see their relationships deepen. Speaking of, Duke and Nathan are so slash materials, it's almost too easy lol
Anyway, Sleepy Hollow and Haven, those are the two shows I'll be adding to my tv list.
Oh, unrelated but last night Cookie and I were at my parents'; this weekend they cleaned the basement, thus re-discovering many treasures (drawings my sister and I made in kindergaten, objects that belonged to my grandparents etc.) including some old photos and I just have to share this one because it's so cute. Photo of my mom and godfather, taken in 1959, meaning they were 5 and 6:

Old photos, always so precious :)
