I'd feel cheated if I woke up late as well but I think waking up between 8.30 and 9.00AM, which is when I usually wake up, is a good compromise; 7.45 is not ok as far as I'm concerned :/ Especially as I never go to bed earlier than 1.00AM... it's not fair!
