It's all so very Gay - whee!

Eeeeeeeeeeeeek Canal+ is going to air The L Word *dies* You can always trust C+, man, always! Boy, PinkTV must be seething. A gay network and they lost the rights to broadcast The L Word? Must be tough!

[sing song] I'm going to see my lesbian show, I'm going to see my lesbian show [/sing song]

Besides Canal+ equals original version. Well, if they still do that? Apart from Cold Case, The Simpsons and Excel Saga, I don't watch Canal+ anymore, so I don't even remember if they still air their series in English as well - movies yes, but tv series?

Speaking of which, Angels in America premieres soon. It seems that that miniseries received lots of awards? How come I never heard about it? *blink*

AND they're doing another Gay and Lesbian Night on the 20th. Seems logical - they're doing it in parallel with the Gay and Lesbian Film Festival held in Paris that will start on the 19th. Hmm, would be nice to go btw. Need to check that out.

The L Word : is the intimate story about the lives and loves of a group of lesbian friends living in Los Angeles. Having just graduated from the University of Chicago, Jenny (Mia Kirshner) moves out to L.A. to be with her boyfriend Tim (Eric Mabius) and begin her professional writing career. Normally on top of things, her life is turned upside down when she attends a party hosted by Tim's neighbors, Bette (Jennifer Beals) and Tina (Laurel Hollomon), a lesbian couple who are looking to take the step into parenthood after seven years of dating. A brief encounter at the party suddenly has Jenny thrust into a lesbian community and a whole new world.

People kept telling me I should try it and everything, and I heard some good stuff about it so I can't wait *g*

And between Cold Case, Angels in America, The L Word, and the newest season of The Shield coming in JanuaryI still consider C+ as one of the best tv series owners out there. As for movies, like you said it's not their fault movie production isn't that great.

And if that's Megatokyo 19, I already saw and commented *g*

yeah, sorry about that - I hadn't had the comment notice *glares at yahoomail*

Anyway - C+ would be perfect if they had Lost as well... I'm just saying... But The L Word sounds good - when is it going to start, again? lol

Oh it would be so very perfect if C+ had Lost. M6 would have been good too, but I think we can trust C+ even more with their series and stuff.

And technically The L Word should start in January, but we'll have the pilot on Saturday for the Gay and Lesbian Night. Neat, huh? *g*
