I'm writing this entry while listening to the rain outside and I'm rather enjoying it. The main reason being that it makes you want to cozy up inside, helping make you forget for a moment that you are not supposed to enjoy the Outside World, the second that it will make all those people who still do not grasp the meaning and the importance of a lockdown stay the fuck inside, which in turn means that it provides one less opportunity for morons people to just decide that because it's sunny outside, it's ok to forget all the damn rules and meet your pals to make up for the lost time and have a long stroll to make up for the lost strolls and chill for hours on end.
I understand the temptation, I live in a flat, I don't have a garden, I don't have a balcony, I know how difficult it is for some people and some families, I really am just talking about those people who don't give a damn about the rules and behave as if everything were normal, or as if they were the only ones inhabiting the planet (because in that case, I concede the point, it wouldn't matter if they did whatever the hell they wanted without thinking of the consequences!)
Argh, I started ranting again, I'm sorry! I'm stopping now, promise :) I actually am in a good mood, not that you'd know reading this lol
What I meant to say is: I'm enjoying this rather grey Monday (it's not supposed to last as the rest of the week is meant to be quite sunny and warm) and ready to have a pretty cozy afternoon (work is extremely slow today, for the first time since the confinement started, which doesn't help). I've finished my book (I'm re-reading His Dark Materials), we'll probably play a game of Trivial Pursuit later on and I'm thinking of trying Dare Me, a show I've read about twice yesterday, which I decided to take as a sign I should at least watch the premiere. I might even do that right now, come to think of it. That is, after I've made my tea :)
Hope you had a nice weekend (mine was lovely) and that you all have a good week *hugs*
