Okay... I think I finished my sentinelsecrets story. I mean, no I know I did. I guess *blink* The thing is, seeing that I went way over the word limit I had to rewrite the fic. And I know, we were allowed to go over it a tad - but you know there's over the limit and then there's over the limit. So the first draft? Was rewritten. And now... I don't recognise my own story lol But it's over and done with, so yeah.

But this is so fucking typical. To have my muses suddenly go verbose when I need them to restrain themselves a bit. Typical. The Challenge Syndrome struck again, I guess. Anyway, the important thing is the fic is there, so I'll be able to meet the deadline. Nice *g*

So in twenty minutes or so, I leave for the uni to know what classes I'll take this semester. I'll go a bit early because there's no way I'll wait two hours in an endless queue to finally hear that no, the classes I wanted are over-crowded and the lists have been closed and would I please take another one? Because no, I wouldn't.

Then tonight - tonight is the GloubiBoulga Night *bounces* Oh boy this is going to be a blast! [The site is in French but if you're curious, click on 'Photos' then 'Galerie Photo' to see the madness that is la GBN]. Rissy is picking me up at 8.30 pm, then off to McDo to grab something to eat and incidentally pick Anne-Line too - and at 11.00 pm the madness begins - woohoo! A whole night of letting our inner kids play - we'll watch our childhood cartoons --mostly animes btw-- for six hours, and we'll sing the songs we still know by heart and we'll cheer on our favourite characters and booh and yell at the bad guys and we'll be just be insane all night lol So tomorrow when we'll come back home around 7.00 pm? We'll certainly be a bit tired *g* And I usually lose my voice for the remaining of the day - yeah, I know how to scream and cheer with the best of them, see? lol

Finally, I wanted to post some pics from yesterday Wednesday's Lost episode, but when I tried to access my photobucket account, I was told there was a maintenance ongoing - well to be exact, what I was told is that there was a maintenEnce ongoing, but whatever.

*tries again* Oh it's back!

Okay so the first scene that really struck me - I call it Intense!Charlie. You know it's just after Kate told him he wasn't a coward.



I absolutely love him in that scene *happy sigh*

Ohh, L'Enfants de...something. The cartoon space series!
I loved it when I was a kid. :))
Also, my French cousins gave me tapes with Chantal Goya and Mireille Mathieu. :))

oh god, Gloubiboulga Night!!! right up there on the list of "things i have to do when i come back" ... that, and "la nuit du zapping" if it still exists, and all that sort of things ... even though it will be the year when i'm supposed to be preparing for the "agreg" ... argh.

Wouldn't it be Il était une fois... l'espace by any chance? It was a whole series with stories based on History, Inventions, Anatomy and Space. I loved that one - those ones *g* And we usually get at least one episode of each series during the GBN, so I'm hoping they won't let us down tonight *g*

Well Mireille Mathieu was never something we were interested in because... well it wasn't for kids, but Chantal Goya? Oh boy yes! We had discs and everything - and we almost went to one of her shows but we couldn't in the end. Still, Chantal Goya is one of those things we sometimes get nostalgic over, definitely *g*

Ouch, I'm afraid it'll be difficult since it's supposed to be their last tour. I can only hope they'll change their minds, but it seems it's the last GBN this year *quivering lower lip*

Yay!! *snuggles the mouse* That would be SO great, I've searched for this tape for years but could never find it anywhere. It must've been broken and lost somewhere in my parents house. :(
I'd be eternally grateful if you could find this whenever you have the time and money. :)))

Thanks - I have to say the feeling is really nice *g* Even though yes, editing it was really painful. It was so weird having to cut off parts that I originally thought were essential to the story, know what I mean?

I've been told by one of my two betas that it still worked and I'm waiting for the other's opinion --she saw the first version so that should be interesting *g*-- and hopefully she'll think the same, but I had my doubts, I'll admit. Oh well, c'est la vie lol
