[Bi-canal - en francais] That's when the show is broadcase with two audio tracks - the original and the dubbed version. You may choose which one to listen to via a button on the tv's remote control. I've seen TSR, DRS and TSI broadcast shows that way. Oh - and TCM / Cartoon network.
