Ayep, me too. I'm a shipper and a slasher -- it just depends on where I see the chemistry and which characters appeal to me. And I like Jack and Sam just fine as characters, and they have a nice, realistic friendshippy chemistry going; I just really don't buy into a Great and T00by Romance between them.

But, uh, I'm not the world's greatest J/D shipper (*cowers* don't hurt me!), but I don't care for the J/S. Like, at all, and especially when it ruins other things I do enjoy, namely the team dynamic and the established friendship between Jack and Daniel.

"Grace" pissed me off beyond believe for that reason. It's not enough that Sam is smart and successful and that she enjoys her life how it is right now -- oh no, she can't possibly be happy because she doesn't have a man. Grrr. *stabs writers*
