Squee Time, people
Oct. 23rd, 2003 10:41 pmSqueeeeee!
Peter Wingfield is playing in tonight John Doe's episode *worships John Doe*
And he's playing a bad guy, and he's dubbed by the same actor who's dubbing Methos - actor who incidentally has one of the most gorgeous voices ever!
Of course, his real voice is to die for, with his accent and all that, but believe me, I love his French voice as well.
Methooooooooos in John Doe! *bounces in the room*

Date: 2003-10-23 02:02 pm (UTC)I've noticed that often actors seem to have the same guys that dub them in all the shows. Like Peter here and other ones you've mentioned. So taking Peter for example, would he have the same actor dubbing his voice in all roles or is it coincidence?

So, no it's not a coincidence. Usually, they try to stick to the same voice. I'm talking about actors who either are really famous, or actors who might not be as famous, but had a recurrent role in a show. Like Peter Wingfield, for instance. He had an actor dubbing him in HG, so now, there's a good change that you might find the same actor dubbing him in different roles. It's not *always* the case, like for instance, when he played in TS, it was *not* his voice (and I'm still traumatized) but usually, yeah it is. Take RB, he's dubbed by the same actor in TS and in The District *g* RDA is dubbed by the same actor, be it in MacGuyver or in SG.
That's very often the case.

Oh Angelfire is being difficult? Man, hope you'll sort out your hosting pic problems cos your layout is/was just wonderful! I'm having problems with mine too, on a regular basis. I have to use a photo hosting site since geocities -where is my site- doesn't allow data transfer, and really those sites aren't always the most reliable, ya know? Anyway, my background came back, so hopefully, it'll stay where it's supposed to *g*
You were looking at my icons? And when you talked about TxH you were talking about TsuzukixHisoka? Cos if you're talking about YnM, well, yeah, I'm sure addicted to the thing! This anime is a real dream for me! I caved in last month or so, and bought the box set, and boy am I making it work! lol
