Getting lost again - woohoo

Well, it did feel good to have our weekly ritual back, that's for sure *g*
First things first : HOLY SHIT, how more brilliant can this show get, seriously? Is it possible for a show to be so cool all the time? Well apart from False French Chick of course, but it doesn't count.
Me? I love foreshadowing - I just can't get enough of it and boy did I get my wish today *g* Seemed to be all around. And Claire... she's so gonna die, isn't she? Apart from everything else, did you hear Charlie's dream? His teeth were falling out, man [so at first I heard 'tits' but whatever] - among other things, this is supposed to symbolise a death to come. So they're supposed to all fall off or something but seriously, it's not just random dream, is it? Random is boring, anyway *nodnod*
Speaking of creepy - Mr Great Seer's reading was really not of the good. So Claire's baby is actually Rosemary's baby - or something. Talk about bad news disguised as... well, not even disguised actually. And when Charlie realises that Mr Great Seer knew about the plane and lied to Claire to have her take it? So what did he know exactly? Did he know that a) Mother and baby will die, and then no problem of great danger since the object of his fear will be dead or b) that Mother and baby will be fine, but seriously he could have found another way to make sure of that without sending the woman on a soon-to-crash-plane or c) Mother will be fine but baby will die, see b)... Because the crash couldn't be the only thing he saw, or else what's the point? Well, we'll see, right? Let's just be patient a little more.
We didn't see a lot of Locke but I thought he was back to his creepy self - sorta. It was just so typical that he was the one pulling a Cassandra on Claire in her dream that first time - though I'd be one to believe everything that comes from Locke's mouth, even he's a dream/hallucination/vision, because you have to listen to Yoda!Locke all the time... he knows stuff, ya know?
And since we're on the subject of the first dream - they're really playing with the whole white/black thing, aren't they?
Claire-Charlie was still as cute as ever - even cuter, still. This is a ship I can see, yes - not that I would want to see it or read it, mind, but there's definitely something between those two - this is chemistry. Maybe Kate and Jack should learn from them. Though of course, it's not something I want to see either, so just stay as you are, guys. Besides Jack belongs with Charlie - when Charlie isn't busy with Hurley or Locke, of course. And I see some make up sex between Jack and his boy btw - because oooh they had their first lovers' quarrel! How sweet *g*
And I won't make another squeeing paragraph on how cute and sweet and cool Charlie is, because it's a given by now and everyone knows what I think but seriously... did you see how cool he was? Did you see? His so to prove your sanity line and the whole panic scene and his 1 sugar plum fairy 2 sugar plum fairy oh and he mentioned his drug addiction! They haven't forgotten contrary to what one might have thought, cool! I mean, he's killing me! I LOVE LOVING THIS GUY! That is all, thanks *bows*
Hurley is becoming more awesome as each episode. I was sold on him a long time ago, so I'm not having some kind of epiphany here, but it bears repeating. I mean, everyone thought at first he'd just be the comic relief kinda character and he's showing everyone that he's so much more than that - he's the one who's coming up with the best ideas, isn't he? You go,Hugo Hurley! Oh and his scene with Sawyer was so very good! One of the best *g*
Ethan now... or whatever his real name is, anyway [Ethan Rom = Other Man, which is pretty nifty. And apparently ROM is also the Royal Museum of Ontario]. So who is he? What's his relationship with False French Chick? Does he even have something to do with False French Chick? Is he part of the Others? And who the hell are they anyway? And does it mean he was the one who whacked Sayid? And how many more questions can I come up with? Too bad he's not younger, because we could have speculated about his being Alex at least...
Oh and something else that is always bugging me - how the hell do they all keep track of where they're going?? They're always going and coming, sometimes running and they're apparently not paying attention to where they're heading but they never - forgive the pun - get lost! Like when Charlie runs to Ethan and tells him they're 'that way'. Yeah right... I would find anyone in the jungle if I was told of where they are with a vague and quick shake of the hand - maybe being in a crash triggers some kind of GPS we all have in our heads but never know about *blink*
A last thing... those guys in Lost know how to scream, wow!
I can't wait for next week's episode!!Locke and Jack will come to their lover's rescue!
So? Yes, I'll end my review as usual : stillmadlyinlovewiththatshow.
And this has nothing to do with the rest now :
alinewrites? I received the CDs - thanks a lot *g*

Re: way too long Lost co-squee
Date: 2004-12-07 03:40 am (UTC)Next week seems to be around Claire and Charlie's disappearance and it should be around Jack again, with maybe Locke and Boone thrown in the midst - or something like that.
I'm really impatient to be Thursday too, I'm so excited about this episode *bouncebounce*
