castalieFlist - I'm going to fire some of you! So last night I followed a link provided by ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
aswanargent - and okay, I could have been watching Farscape instead of going clickety-click but I do have a good explanation, which I'll spare you because man, I'm already digressing right this second and this could turn into a novel before you even realise I had a point to make! - and I found myself - yes, I'm back to the original sentence, now - over at cesperanza's LJ where I decided to spend some time. So I'm going through her posts, minding her my own business when WAIT A MINUTE, what the hell is that? What? I'll tell you what - or else I wouldn't be writing this entry. That was a brand new Dead Zone story! And not any kind of DZ story, guys - which would have been beautiful in and of itself already btw, because, like, the DZ fandom? Doesn't exactly crawls under fics, you know *hugs scifiroots some for her own contribution* No, it was another Walt/Johnny - my second OTP in that series - and it was 200k long! I thought I was gonna cry.
Actually, I did think I was gonna cry because turns out it was also het - read, not in flashback but as part of the main storyline - and I'm afraid I'm quite single-minded as far as DZ threesome is concerned, ie I'm all for the Bruce/Johnny/Walt hotness but replace Bruce by Sarah and it doesn't have the same flavour. So when it's a sorta ménage à trois with Sarah, well, it just wasn't the same. I do like her character - and actually like her with Walt in canon - but fanon my Johnny only belong to a) Bruce, b) Walt or c) both. But anyway, the story was good, the sex was hot and there were all those DZ themes I enjoy so much, so it was okay ;-) But it still reminded me how much I like knowing beforehand what pairings the story will play with *nodnod*
Oh and a little meme I found amusing - blaired fromwisdomeagle, I think:
1. Number One OTP that is truly THE ONE TRUE PAIRING - withstanding the test of time and fandom whoring: Alright, well I have to go with Jim/Blair here. I'm trying something new, ie really trying to answer the question and pick one OTP over the other - so I won't mention Jack/Daniel. See me not mentioning Jack/Daniel. Though no, to be honest, even though they're close - the almost-sitting-on-each-other's-lap kind - Jim/Blair is #1a.

3. Baby’s first OTP: *scratches head* As in, the OTP that I started with? Duncan/Methos
4. That Rare Pairing that you Love: Bruce/Johnny or Walt/Johnny. What? I know I said I was trying something new and picking one answer instead of two and all. Well, I did. Try, I mean. Where were you when I answered #1?
5. Character you pair off with almost anyone: *thinks* Wesley for FPS and David Wenham for RPS.
And for honesty's sake, the meme originally had seven questions but I deleted #5 and #6 because I thought they were lame, I mean, they weren't fun.

Ma: Oh pour rien, pour rien.. mais ce serait bien agréable de se lever un matin et de découvrir qu'enfin sa vie ne dépend que de soi.
Susanita: *habillée comme une dame, assise à une petite table* Aie, aie ,aie, on a bien papoté! Il est excellent votre thé Madame Mafalda.
Mafalda: Merci Madame Susanita.
S: Mais dites moi donc, auriez-vous quelque idée de ce que la mode nous réserve pour cette saison?
M: Et bien à ce que j'ai lu, il parait que l'injustice se portera encore bien, avec quelquess atrocités croquignolettes pour l'agrémenter.
S: *se lève en colère et quitte la table* Il y en a, je ne sais pas pourquoi elles veulent jouer à la dame si elles ne sont pas capables de décoller du réel!
Susanita: *en train de rêver* Des enfants! C'est tout ce que je demande à la vie *se tourne vers Mafalda* Parce que l'appartement, la voiture, le frigidaire, la machine à laver, la télé, je les demanderai à mon mari. Je ne suis pas idiote.
La Maitresse: *pose question à la classe* Notre pays est un des principaux producteurs de...?

Susanita: *assise sur un banc avec Mafalda* Hier soir, ma mère a voulu brancher la télévision, rien à faire! Alors tout le dîner et toute la soirée jusqu'à l'heure d'aller au lit, sans télé *machonne une feuille* Hier soir, j'ai compris combien mes parents sont ennuyeux!
Miguelito: *en train de jouer avec un petit avion* Je n'arrive vraiment pas à comprendre qu'il y ait des types capables de monter à bord d'un bombardier et de liquider de milliers de gens d'un seul coup!
Mafalda: *en train de faire de la peinture* Si seulement tout le monde pensait comme toi, Miguelito!
Mi: *pense*
Ma: *peint*
Mi: Parce qu'avec un fusil bon... au moins, ça a le mérite du travail artisanal.
