If you're speaking about 'spanking' stories in particular, I would have to go on a hunt in my discs to find them, but if you're talking about kinky stories in particular, well I would rec Legion (http://www.squidge.org/~theforest/larchive/archive.html) to begin with. She has some really hot stories. Maybe not spanking per se (I don't remember every kink involved- will have to re-read them *eg*), but kink all the same...
