babycakesin? My presents arrived this morning - I was so inspired when I checked my mailbox before leaving *g* I finally have the four books *bouncing*

I took Reflections with me, and even though I wanted to make it last, I just couldn't resist so I read it all *g* But what the hell, I still have The Depths of Solitude left for later, right?

Reflections was so good! I'm still in love with this series, I was so excited about 'meeting' Daniel, Brodie and Jack again *g* And I wasn't disappointed with this new story - though I knew who had done the deed early on, but then, it's interesting to wait and see if you were right *g* Besides, even though Bannister's books deal with suspense, I usually focus on the characters more than the plot. That is, the plot is indeed really interesting and suck/er you in quickly, but it's really the characters that I crave, Daniel in particular. He's still one of my favourite book characters ever *happy sigh*

So, to make a long story short, thanks Babycakes, I love-love-love my presents *g*

Now, for something completely different, I can't believe I actually followed France-England and Italy-Denmark *sigh* It usually takes more time for me to unwilling get dragged into it, but l'Euro is already proving to be an exception.

I'm so relieved they arrived! I was afraid I had made a mistake or something - and yeah, I thought having them delivered to your place would be more efficient lol

Glad you liked it - the paperback of... well, the one which was hardback hasn't been released yet, hence the break in your collection ^^

About your grandfather... *hugs* It's good that there's improvement, no matter how tiny it is...

The paperback one (Reflections) is really beautiful *g* And I knew that The Depths of Solitude's paperback wasn't released yet, I wasn't expecting it *g* Besides, it doesn't really break my collection in the sense that I have already a paperback and a harcover version for the two previous books, so there lol

Thanks for the hugs *hugs back* Yes it is. Actually, and from a different POV, I should consider it is actually a big improvement. And I should appreciate them all anyway, without second-guessing them or whatever...
