Wow, my flist is one huge Angel spoiler. Pretty impressive all those cute tags all around about the show finale.

I read them all, because I really was curious and I don't know when it'll show here again, and right now I'm not having much hope, to tell the truth. Damn TF1 for stealing Angel to M6! I have this feeling that if M6 had showed it like - I'm sure - they planned to in the first place, we would have had several reruns by now. But TF1 wanted to be play with the big boys et voilà *sigh*

About Angel now - and this is not a spoiler, it's just a general question - someone care to tell me more about Connor? The last time I saw him in the show, he was... a baby. Yes, that's how far we went with Angel, nice uh? Okay so maybe I'm exaggerating a bit and we did go further than that, but really... Anyway, someone to tell me more about Connor? Please?

Also, apparently fate decided to smile upon Manu and me, for we're going to see Van Helsing today - woohoo! Since the weather is so beautiful, we might go to Luxembourg garden to play lizards afterward, we'll see *g* I wanted to buy some manga today, but being bank holiday, I don't think I'll find a lot of shops open - though you never know in Paris *g*

Hey, you know that turps33 and I are sentinel_thurs's mods? Well, you wouldn't believe the fun we're having reading the responses to this week's challenge! It seems our members outdid themselves, I swear *proud* carodee for instance wrote a very brilliant story where she hid no less than 123 games in it. Some obvious, some hidden - it was really fun! If you're curious, go and read. See how many games you can find *g*

PS: Played Minesweeper Flags again with my sister last night. We're addicted. There's no way out of it! lol

Errr, OK, starting when he's a baby?

He gets taken by Holtz to some alternate dimension where he grows up to teenagedness and becomes all kick-ass. Then Holtz fakes up his own death (he's dead, but makes it look like Angel did it) and Conner traps Angel in the sea. Then... err... *thinks* Angel comes back and Conner sort of hangs around a bit. Then Cordelia comes back from being Ascended and does sex with him, so he has a kid with her, who is Jasmine the anti-christ-thingy. Everyone loves her, but she's evil, so he kills her. Then he decides to blow himself up, so Angel makes the deal with W&H to mindwipe everyone and Conner gets a fake normal life.

Ah, Connor in a nutshell: he's taken by Holtz, whose family Angelus killed, into an alternate hell dimension and raised by the man. He (Connor) manages to punch his way into this dimension with the sole intention on killing his "dad" (Angel) but keeps getting distracted/unable to do it. Anyway, he starts to form a bond with Angel then Holtz arrives, fakes his death and makes it look like Angel did it, and drives Connor into throwing Angel into a watery grave as "punishment". Angel is rescued, Connor realizes he was duped, goes into teenage-angsty mode for doing such a thing, blah blah blah, has sex with Cordelia (who is possessed by something bad), they have a, er, woman (who's bad but still manages to get world peace because she's so wonderful yaddayadda).... okay, long story short he does some bad things mistakenly, gets all torn up about it and decides it's best if he does the whole blow-myself-up thing. Angel stops him from doing it, makes a deal with Wolfram and Hart to give Connor (and the rest of the Fang gang) memories of a loving home, and leaves the boy with his "family" of normal surburbanites - a good home. In this past season, though, Connor's memories are brought back when Wes destroys the box containing them, sorta, he realizes who he really is but still chooses the happy life because it's his second chance (what this show's about). So when the world's about to end (last night's ep), Angel visit Connor, who realizes something's going on because why would angel visit for nothing, helps his father save the world, and is sent back to his happy life just before, well, the end of the ep.

....and that nutshell was a bit bigger than I thought. Geez, but I suck at summaries, but there ya go. :)

Well I wouldn't have minded because I wanted to be spoiled, but should have I seen it I think I would have warned you about your little mistake, because apart from the US --and maybe the Canada, I don't know-- *no one* saw it, know what I mean? I mean, on TV, of course. So I'm pretty sure the majority didn't really want to be spoiled. Hope you didn't wrist slapped too violently?

Meh, soapy doesn't begin to cut it. But at least it's over the course of several episodes instead of all at once (which is how a true soap opera works), and it really is v. well written melodrama. Which is why I like the series and writers. :)

Am not happy with WB though....
