Beta for new SPN fic?

Today has been a good day! First my Babycakes called and we talked and talked and - well, it was mostly me, actually, but I needed to tell her many things and, as usual, talking to her made me feel a lot better *loves* Then I received one of the two responses I was waiting for today and it was good news so it made me feel even better. I wish the second response had come too so I could feel 100% relieved but we might have to wait til tomorrow to know. Well, at least what we got today was lovely :-)

Also, I committed fic! Of the SPN persuasion... and slash, yay! I mean, I truly enjoyed writing my gen piece but, you know, slash! Sam and Dean naked in a bed, whee! So okay, I'll send the fic to my Beta Extraordinaire anyway, but see the woman has a lot on her plate already and she's pretty busy so I was wondering if someone would be willing to make a first beta for me? I'd need someone who a) likes slash b) enjoys incest or isn't squicked by it c) is a pro at grammar and spelling and stuff and d) preferably knows Supernatural so that they can tell me whether it works or not, though I'll be happy with a) b) and c) *g* Anyone? Please?

To which I reply: maybe?

1- My taskbar is on the left of the screen. Seeing it at the bottom makes me sad, therefore Clark has his taskbar on the left. Charlie doesn't - for reasons of his own, he has so far stubbornly refused to let me move the fucking taskbar. And it hurts seeing it there. I'm still trying to do something about it.

2- My desktop isn't cluttered either. Most of my folders: Fanfics, WIPs, Media, Music, Whatever are in Folder 0 named "Y A Tout Là Dedans" which means "There's Everything In There" because there's everything in there.

3- I love sub!folders. My fanfics in particular. Each fandom has a folder and each folder has TONS of sub!folders. I'll give you a little TS sample: "alpha!Jim" "amnesia" "ghost stories" "hurt!Blair" "jealous!Jim" "sniffing" "mental anguish" "threesome" "moresome" etc etc etc...

4- My folders are either in English or in French, so you'll find: "Ma Musique" next to "Writing" and "Y a Tout Là Dedans" next to "Clark's Media" etc...

And I suppose I have others but my mind is going blank now, so that'll do :-)

I'm very good at spelling and pretty good at grammar. I don't excel at "stuff" like sentence flow though, but if no one else appears, think of me as a backup. (Since I score high at a), b) and d) :>)

I had to add a new scene just now as, re-reading the fic, I thought it ended too abruptly so now I can officially say that the first draft is finished. I just need to have it betaed and it's done, yay!

And though there is no actual smut, yes, it is bottom!Dean, for my Dean always bottoms in my world fics lol

Well, I've had the stomach flu this week, so every night after coming home from work I would have just the time to read my flist before crashing down and sleeping like the dead. I'm still tired but I feel better, thank god!

Awww but of course you're not alone! I'm here, yay! Also, I remember the whole write-the-paper-on-the-day-the-paper-is-due and I just have one thing to say. Prepare yourself cause it's the kind of piece of wisdom one gets only once in their life: it SUCKS! There, are you impressed?

Also, should you ever find the answer to the whole why, oh WHY do I procrastinate so much, I'll ask you to immediately let me know as I'm suffering from the syndrom myself. TIA!
