Now for something different; if you've been on my flist for more than, say, two days? You'll certainly have noticed that I don't read Het. I don't have anything against it, I just don't dig it. It's like, I know chocolate ice cream is yummy, but I'm all for vanilla ice cream myself so I just don't pick the other one - it's certainly not a conspiracy against chocolate. surrealphantast recc'ed a fic written by dirty_diana which, for reasons still unknown to me, intrigued me enough that I decided to give it a try. And I say 'for unknown reasons' because yeah it was Cam/Sam/Daniel and though I'm all for Cam/Daniel, including Sam isn't usually my cup of tea. But! I went and read it and dude! It was fantastic! It was gritty and rough and the characters had an edge and the dynamics between Cameron, Sam and Daniel was brilliant and, wow, that's an AU that I completely fell in love with. So I'm recc'ing Jericho to my flist because - well because!
And if you've been on my flist for more than two days, you'll also have noticed that I don't believe in segues that much either so without the slightest segue; oh guys, I'm going to really LOVE the month of May! Both Numb3rs and Supernatural coming out on DVD? Pure bliss! And the latter is region 2 and all, yay!
Of course now I feel sad because this week there's no nothing! No Numb3rs and no Supernatural *sniffles* But SPN will make up for the heartache next week, I just know it! *bounces*
What else, what else? Oh yes, I was curious about the Enneagram mini-wee-test so I did it. The coding burnt my eyes so even behind a cut I'm not pasting it here but apparently my Enneagram type is NINE and I'm The Peacemaker. Works for me ;-)
