Sep. 28th, 2007 11:38 pmOh, Friday, you make life so much more beautiful ♥ ♥
I've had a wonderfully relaxing evening. Straight after work I've headed to The Esu's where I'm spending the night. We ate a raclette - or should I say 'stuffed ourselves with'? - and then watched Florence Foresti's show on the telly, eating some ice scream. Isn't that the best way to start the weekend? I think so too *nods*
Man, Florence Foresti cracks me up; my jaw is still hurting, I laughed so much. Picking my favourite of her sketches might be a bit difficult but one of them definitely is L'Avion de Barbie. I know, if you don't understand French you won't give a damn, well, tough :-)
I'm snuggled up under the covers in my bed in the guest room, Charlie on my lap hooked up to my brother-in-law's wireless connection and I feel all cosy and relaxed *happy sigh* I have several fics tabbed and it's all quiet and just - yeah, great way to start the weekend, all right *g*
And tomorrow, oh tomorrow, I don't know when I'll get home, I don't have anything planned, but what I do know is what I'll do as soon as I set foot in Teh Flat; start my Numb3rs 4x01 download *bounces*
Unrelated now, I'm buying comics, people! On my own volition and everything. Okay so it's only two series but it's still more than I've ever bought - I'm not into comics, so it is huge. Earlier this week I've picked issue #11 of Midnighter and then I decided to try Umbrella Academy, I've heard so much about it, it piqued my curiosity. Believe it or not I haven't read either of them yet but I guess that's what I'll do tomorrow too *takes notes*
No wait, there is a third series I'm thinking of buying, The Authority. Wow, all three of 'em!
sockich is an evil enabler, believe you me!
