French tv and SPN pimpin'

We didn't get to see X3 again last night. It's okay though, I'll wait. We'll try on Wednesday *fingers crossed* So instead La Globule and I watched Les Chevaliers du Ciel, a film he's been trying to make me watch for the last week. I'll admit it was a nice flick. Not a lot to do with the original series and not exactly my kind of films but still nice. Though I didn't understand Benoît Magimel's mustache. Seriously, it was more fitting for Les Brigades du Tigre than Les Chevaliers du Ciel. But whatever [/French reference]
Hey, I've read that Boston Legal is premiering next week on TF1! I'm so gonna check it out. Also, Boston Legal became - seriously you gotta love French tv sometimes - Boston Justice. I just don't get how it works. Why they'll decide to rename one series and not the other, and how they actually pick their new titles. Like CSI: New York? Is Les Experts: Manhattan. I'm not talking about the Les Experts part, I think it rings nicely and, anyway, CSI just doesn't mean anything here but why change New York to Manhattan? Why not just keep New York, what's the deal? I'd love to know the sekrit rules they have to follow. I mean, it has to be because of some particular requests from Some Powers That Be, right? It can't be some random dude randomly deciding to change the title. Right? *blink*
Changing the subject, some SPN recs:
Misc: Top Thirty Dean Winchester Facts by
madam_rosmerta, which killed me ded with the funny. You know the Chuck Norris facts, don't you? It's the same thing, only with Dean *points icon*
Post "Devil's Trap" Fic recs: Until I Can See Again by
poisontaster. Sequel to The Ice is Thin and Underneath my Lucid Skin. That series is incredible. It gave me goosebumps and it created a knot in my stomach while I was reading it and there's not that many fics that can make you feel that way. Then you have In Humanities Absence by
kennedy_bowman, it's non-con. I'm not saying which pairing it is, since it'd constitute a spoiler for those who hasn't seen the episode yet, but if you've seen it, you might have guessed who it is. In any case, just check it out and see for yourself.
And I already recc'ed On the Wall by
la_folle_allure, the hotter than hot Jeffrey/Jensen/Jared fic, so I don't need to do it again, right? Right.
Vid: Perfect by
rhianne, a John-Dean gen vid. Just wonderful. Well, it's by Rhianne, so what else could you expect?

New York disparait, bienvenue Manhattan !
