I've had the Best Day today. Won't tell you more than that or I'd end up writing a novel about it but, yeah, I'm still smiling like a lunatic :-) Even better yet, I'm going to see Babycakes again in less than two weeks, so, really, I'm in an incredible good mood today...

Speaking of SPN - seems like the first potential spoilers for s2 are spreading already. I decided to keep my spoiler free policy... but boy is it hard! I mean, it's here! And, usually, being spoiler free just means I'll have to wait one or two weeks before the next episode, right? Here we're talking about months, so it's another story. But - okay, no, like I was saying to a couple of buddies on the flist, I will be strong. I will not click! But if you're a spoiler h0r, you know what to do. And by that, I mean, click and keep your newly acquired spoilery knowledge to yourself, thank you :-) Lj cuts? Are our friends *nods*

Something unrelated now. I've just realised that it's been ages since I re-read any fics from any of my Fic folders. I used to re-read my favourites all the damn time and it's been several months since I've done it... And it fills me with glee because it actually means that my not!resolution of 2006, ie going back to actual books as opposed to fics all the time, is doing really good. Sure, I'm still reading new fics - on lj mostly but on some archives too - but I'm reading real books all the time too and that's all kinds of awesome. Almost feels like BLJ - Before LJ obviously :-)

You found it! I scoured emule for the theme song, but it wasn't to be found. I found a bunch of other 4400-related songs in the process, but not the intro. (I was hoping to find it as a stand-alone song, but ripped from the episode works too.)

Technically, I was linked to it, so I can't take credit, but I did share lol I'm still hoping to get the stand-alone song too. A friend has been asking for the name of the artist and/or the title of the fic. I thought of ES Posthumus when I heard the music at first, sounds a bit like their style, but I wasn't the only one and seems like it's not it. I'm not losing hope, though. If I do get an answer, I'll let you know, no worries *g*

Hmm good question. I'd say it does work though as it's not so much the format of the book as the book itself, ie it's not fanfic but an actual novel, know what I mean? So I'd say it does count :-)

Speaking of which, have you hard of Wen Spencer's Ukiah Oregon's series? Cause a friend sent me the ebooks - ie Word format - of the four books. Incidentally, the fourth one has a m/m couple.

Your mention of "Into the Fire" me want to go back and listen to it. Thirteen Senses have a really great and unique style of music and another one of my favorites of theirs, "Do No Wrong," is a truly fantastic song. If you haven't heard it before, I can upload it for you.
