Starbucks addict, thy name is Mouse

Showers taken today already: 2 (argh) People I wanted to kill on my way back home: 3 (v.g) Time I spent crying and whining in my head about the fucking heat on my way back home: total of two hours and fifty two minutes. Years I want to spend worshipping my fan: a hundred? Minimum.
Without the slightest segue: what I love with The Best Friends is how much attuned to my different addictions they are, even the new ones. Of course, it could have something to do with the fact that I chatter and ramble and prattle about aforementioned addictions pretty much all the time, but they could tune me out, right? Except they don't and they remember them all. Even when they're on their own and everything. And like, Rissy? Paid me a little visit yesterday evening to give me my bday presents and it was Starbucks goodies! So among other things I now have my very own Stabucks mug, yay! Actually she was cute enough to even ask for the Stabucks cups, you know the ones - yeah the regular cups, I love them, so sue me. With my name and everything! That was too sweet for words. And I also have a Starbucks tin box. Random Fact #4512 about The Mouse: I love tin boxes. Well, I love boxes in general, but tin boxes in particular.
And some pointless meme now.
25% of prison slang only? So what? Oz didn't teach me anything? *hides in shame* And I didn't do that good on the rest either come to think of it - apart from British slang which wasn't so bad... Apparently, my flist doesn't use slang enough, you don't teach me the good stuff! *glares*
And I finally got used to using the tags. Maybe I won't do it all the time but still. I could store all my fics on a page, like my very own site on LJ, prettier than the memories, I mean - since apparently I don't really care that much about my real site anymore. Odd that btw, at one point, I was always there, updating this, tweaking that. Such is life on-line, I suppose *g*

Date: 2005-06-29 09:29 am (UTC)Seriously, when the tags appeared I couldn't see their uses. At all. To me it was nothing more than another memories section and we already have this, right? Except I tried them anyway and found they were nice. So when you tag an entry and create a category - the sentinel, numb3rs, real life etc etc - you'll be able to have all those entries on a same page, ie as if you were reading your recent entries, they'll be all there, displayed for your eyes. It's quite shiny and all. If there's something deeper about them... I have no idea what it is lol
Thanks, I'll work this summer so it won't be real vacation, but it's okay, money at the end of it, ya know? *g* Besides, it's been five years since I left Choisy for more than five days, so I'm getting used to it lol
