Sunday rambling

It's only the 3rd of September and I already have the shivers each time I think of the 28th - the next weeks should be fun \o/

I had the laziest day yesterday, cruising the net pretty much non-stop - or with a short break in the afternoon but only to re-watch "Faith". Sometimes lazying around is just the way to go *nods wisely* I might also have watched the s2 premiere promo a couple times more. Maybe. If maybe means 'you can bet your slashy ass that I did!'

Also, I went to Play.com to see what they had to offer re: SPN DVDs and I had the surprise to see that they apparently plan on releasing the R2 version next month. I mean, they said 2/10/2006 - and though I always have to think for a second before knowing what they mean by this, ie either 2 October 2006 or 10 February 2006, in this case it was pretty obvious it was the former since hi, february would be 2007, thank you, Mousey. So anyway, if R2 is about to be launched, I think I can wait one more month. If I have the choice, I'll always pick R2 over R1. Except, okay if that's the complete series 1 this time, it does mean that we'll get the extras, right? Because I want those extras, yes I do!

Although, I don't think Amazon.uk mentions any release date for that box set, do they? So does anyone know anything about it?

PS: Last night I dreamt that Lorne from Angel French kissed Jensen Ackles to make Janet Frasier jealous and just - I'm still trying to make sense of it all because I have no idea WHATSOEVER why the hell I'd dream that. Well, okay no, that The Ackles was in my dream isn't surprising but Lorne? Janet? Jealous? Wtf, dude! I had some weird dreams over the years but this one? I don't know, it just makes even less sense than usual. Though I blame my flist because only something I read on my flist could make me come up with that kind of dream sequence.

PS2: New Job D-1. Oh boy!

Hmm, I don't trust the R2 versions -- always more expensive, and never as many extras as on the R1 versions. And with the R1 version, you get the added bonus of the dollar/euro conversion, which make the whole thing even that less expensive.

Of course, it's going to take about three months for the damn thing to get here, but I figure it's worth it.

I have no idea WHATSOEVER why the hell I'd dream that.

That's why I asked because I want the exact same extras the US version has, or I'll cry!

I'm dying to buy the DVDs sooner than next month but I'll wait if it's worth it... I just neeeeeed to know *wails* I mean R2 and free delivery? Would work for me, but not if I have to sacrifice those extras *clings*

Dude! Is there such a thing as 'too many fandoms'? lol But the thing is Lorne and Janet were never favourite characters of mine, they're cool, really cool, but just - they're never at the top of the list when I think Angel or SG, you know? So why them? Damn flist lol

Lol I think Lorne thought she would be jealous because he was kissing someone else... but I also think in the end he really got into it and started to feel jealous of anyone else kissing Jensen! Not that I'd ever over-analyse my dream, of course!
