castalieDude was it cold today! I was ecstatic *g* Well, I was just a little less happy when I got to work because it was almost as cold outside as it was inside our office. There was this moment when I couldn't feel my fingers anymore - so not a nice feeling. I have the cold-hands syndrome on a good day so today made it a lot worse. But I wouldn't change the weather because hi! I LOVE THE COLD \o/ It puts me in such a good mood :-)
Something else that put me in a good mood is the SPN PWP that I startedat work this afternoon. I used two of the prompts that I was given the other day, which is also my way of saying that I haven't forgotten all your prompts, guys. The muse is just taking his time to work with them *g* I was a bit frustrated with the ficlet though because there's something offering some resistance and it made the writing a bit tedious. So I stopped and will look at it later, I guess.
Speaking of work, we've brought speakers in our office so that we could listen to music while working and we've been playing with radioblog a lot the past week, there's pretty much everything you want over there and the other day I found one of my favourite songs, Le Côté Obscur by IAM. It's a kick-ass song for the Star Wars fan that I am and since it's been some time since I shared French songs with Teh Flist, I'm going to remedy it: Le Côté Obscur by IAM | YSI 4MB
I had time to catch up with Heroes - and so Skinny Suspicious Girl turns out to be a plant, which everyone had seen coming so I guess it wasn't even supposed to be a surprise or anything? Still, it's good to finally know for sure. And so she has some kind of power of persuasion? Also argh stay away from Isaac, Skinny Not Suspicious Anymore Girl!
I'm also more and more interested in Creepy Daddy and his agenda. I can't figure him out. At all. At times it's like he knows so much more than everyone else does, controls so many things around him, and then he can be surprised by the things he learns and it's like he's just going with the flow, like the rest of us. In any case, I think he's really interesting - I quite like him.
I was totally ready to hate DL and then turns out I don't - talk about a surprise! Did you see him with Micah? *melts* Or with Niki, for that matter *fans self* Well, before it all went wrong, of course. He might have lost some points when he did what he did to ikiN, though at this point it was self-defense, so really, what can I say? I mean, sure our Niki tried to explain but, well, I'm part of the audience and I'm still puzzled by her powers - how does the evil alter ego work exactly, that's what I'd like to know - so if I were in his shoes I wouldn't have been a happy camper either.
There was not a lof of Peter but his scene with Isaac was good enough - personally, I'm dreaming of a scene that would have Peter with Isaac, Mohinder and Nathan, but in the meantime I'm enjoying every scene I have with my guyand one of his numerous lovers.
Hiro and Ando were brilliant as usual. I adored Ando's speech to make Hiro feel better. I was also amused when Hiro told Ando that you didn't have to have super-powers to be a hero. That was really sweet but pretty funny too considering who was saying it.
I still haven't watched Dexter but I'll try to do that tonight. Also, I've finally started reading Dearly Devoted Dexter by Jeff Lindsay and I'm SO enjoying that novel! It gives even more details about Dexter and what is going through his head... he's even more amusing in the novel and creepier - the way he describes his Dark Passager is chilling. He's also even more endearing somehow. Yes, a serial killer can be endearing... if you knew Dex, you would understand.
