That kind of meme/quizz/whatever is always pointless and useless but sometimes you just don't care:
I thought it was pretty funny that I'd get a It's a Beautiful Life quote considering the foul mood I've been in the past two hours. Don't know why it, like, jumped on me all of a sudden but I started thinking of a Certain Someone and it made me cranky. That plus the fact that today is my last day of quiet before, well, I don't know how long. The Teachers - who left on Sunday morning - will be back tonight. I'm gonna miss my quiet and 'me' home, guys. It was good while it lasted, mind, but four days isn't long enough... Actually, there is a chance that they'll leave sometime next week or the next but it's not a done deal yet *fingers crossed*
Anyway, let's try to concentrate on happy things. Last night I was in a Jensen Ackles mood. More specifically a Dark Angel!Jensen Ackles mood, so I treated myself with a little DA marathon. I started with "The Berrisford Agenda" because, well, when I go back to Dark Angel that's pretty much always the episode I choose first. If you've seen it, you know why. If you haven't? Let's just say I feel sad for you, really *nods* And then I went back a little and watched "Proof of Purchase" followed with "Two" and "Some Assembly Required" - the Alec? I love him with the passion of a thousand fiery suns. It also makes me feel good inside that I was a JA fan long before Supernatural. Just one of those things, you know? Same thing with my loving JDM in Burning Zone back then.
I might watch the rest of the season today; should make me forget all about my little cranky moment *clings to Alec* Oh and my back isn't hurting anymore, so that's another Really Good Thing.
PS:
angeliksmall? I'm free every day of the week next week. That is, I have several friends to see but we haven't decided on which days we'll meet yet so if you have a preference for a certain day, let me know? It should be fine...
Every time a bell rings, an angel gets his Mouse.

Date: 2006-12-28 02:59 pm (UTC)I'm slowly catching up with the flist, it's taking a while, and right after this, we're going to see 'la flute enchantee' with the rest of the family (the movie directed by Kenneth Branagh). And resisting the urge to get back to my U2 by U2 book, believe me lol

Date: 2006-12-28 05:00 pm (UTC)And you get that book? J'étais à Gibert l'autre jour avec Sandra et en voyant ce livre, je me suis dit, 'tain, il a été fait pour Babycakes, celui-là !' Bien contente de voir que ta famille a pensé la même chose :-)

Date: 2006-12-28 05:03 pm (UTC)Lol That's, indeed, the only rational explanation *nods*
We'll see how long The Teachers stay yet. It's been two months and a half still... wonder if they'll reach three months *sigh*
Also, back to Dark Angel, I meant to ask; do you have the episodes with JA!Ben? I feel like I should have them I can't find the CDs so I just don't know now... thought I'd ask you about it.

Date: 2006-12-28 08:30 pm (UTC)DA is another one of those shows i started DLing and then left en plan, and, would you believe it, even before i came to the JA eps!! incredible, isn't it? but now i have hopes that my DVD burner isn't broken after all, so maybe i'll finally be able to empty my hard drive and make space for more pretty *g* - if i don't, you think you could maybe lend them to me some time or burn me a copy? i'll trade you for those GG seasons ... lol

Date: 2006-12-28 08:36 pm (UTC)Dude, of course I'd help you with DA. I can burn those episodes for you - except, I have the first half of the JA!season on CDs, which I'd be able to burn, and the second half on real DVDs which I'm not sure I rip. If I can, I'll do it, if I can't, well, I'll just lend them to you :-)
