Sims2 is addictive, yo!

castalieHad a pretty family oriented day today as three members of the Famous Five spent the night - I spent the whole morning playing Sims2 with Rémi and the afternoon doing Other Things with the three of them.
I also had a nice surprise. It snowed all day! I mean, Rémi and I woke up to a regular city and were sulking when it suddenly started snowing and it kept going and going, whee! Huge, fluffy snowflakes that turned the city white - gorgeous! Sadly, snow turned to ice at one point and tomorrow everything might be back to normal but still, I did have my snow today. And boy was it cold, too!
Back to our morning activities, namely Sims2. Jim and Blair's relationship is developping rather nicely as there were Kisses and Cuddles. And I took snapshots of the whole thing, which I'm going to share with you because - well, because? Yes.
Once upon a time, there were two hot guys, namely sim!Jim and sim!Blair of the Ellison-Sandburg sim!household. Short!haired sim!Blair should I say. Hey, maybe I needed to put some warnings first? *snicker* Yeah anyway, sim!Blair had short hair because see, after TSbBS he wanted to start anew and what is more symbolic than cutting one's hair? Well, apart from moving away from Cascade and moving in Strangetown, that is *cough* But still, cutting his hair was quite symbolic. Also, he's my Sim and I decided he would be like that, so there *nods*
They both lived in the desert, in a town called Strangetown for strange things happened there on a regular basis. Their house was huge and comfy and cosy - note that the only masks they could find were Chinese ones so that's the ones they had in their living room. They also had a lovely fireplace and un-leather couches because they often had hot and sweaty sex on them and leather isn't that sweet on your skin when you're all sweaty and sticky. One needs to be practical now and then, right?
Jim and Blair loved to spend time together doing all kind of mundane things, like relaxing in the Reading & Relaxing Area. Blair was the one who had wanted all the bookshelves- that and the fact that I can't not have tons of books in a house - because he was the one with the aspiration for knowledge but Jim didn't do clichés and he was often found reading a book himself. Still, I love it for all the good reasons, not hate it for the bad ones, if it makes sense *g* Hopefully one day la DGE will know how to work with snow and not get overwhelmed by it. But one has to wonder how many more years it'll take them to understand how it works *shrugs*
