Disjointed Monday Post

First things first, I want to wish the happiest of birthdays to the ever so lovely katikat. Hope you'll be spoiled all around, luv *kisses*

Am back to the grid today. It's still hurting a bit but not that bad at all - I've been quite mobile this weekend. The only reason why I had problem getting out of bed this morning was because I was tired and not because I was trying to impersonate a turtle on its back so it's all good. I'm still impatient to be home, mind you, but I'll live :-) Besides, everyone at work is über nice to me - the cervical collar is earning me a lot of sympathy points \o/

I truly meant to be reasonable and go bed early last night except I made the mistake of switching the tv on while snuggled up under the covers and I found myself in front of The Beach and Bedazzled: I took turn watching the two. I'd never watched - nor read - the former and I just can't resist the latter. It's so incredibly cute. And funny too *g* Incidentally, each time I watch Bedazzled, it makes me want to go and re-read Bewitched, Bedazzled and Bewildered which is another sweet and cute and funny Jim/Blair that I really like.

Speaking of stuff I've watched. Saturday was French Posse day and we went to see Shoot 'Em up and, hee dude, that film is whacked! It was incredibly fun but complete crack. Fun and good crack, I mean, we had a lot of fun :-)

Still on the subject of Saturday, I received my Threadless t-shirts and I love them! I'm wearing the Summer one today and it fills me with glee :-) Oh and also! The moon glows in the dark! How awesome is that? *g*

And today is Heroes Day. Oddly enough though, I'm not that excited. I mean, I am excited on principle because it's Heroes and Nathan and Peter and Claire and Hiro and, okay, you get the picture, but I think I'm just way too focused on SPN - and Numb3rs and Pushing Daisies - to be as excited about Heroes. Still, I'll be waiting impatiently for the torrent to appear because Heroes! Peter! Nathan! Claire! Hiro! Same picture!

Pour moi c'est assez bizarre - je suis tombee dans Heroes a la fin de la saison 1, alors j'avais tous les episodes sous la main. Maintenant je vais devoir attendre avec tout le monde! *gasps*

I am...completely unexcited about Heroes, to be honest. In fact, I don't think I'm gonna watch it (or, at least not now, I might change my mind mid-season) so hey, you need to make detailed reviews so I still know what's going on, 'k? :p

Now, any ideas on how to make time move faster so it can be SPN and Numb3rs and Dexter time RIGHT NOW PLZ? And dude, I still need to watch Pushing Daisies, I should probably get on that. :D

Also, glad to hear your back's doing better. Now milk that collar for all it's worth. *nods*

I know I'll be all kinds of OmGSoExcited when I'll be watching it but right now it's like I'm all about SPN and Dean and Sam and Sam and Dean and just - omg is it the 4th yet, IS IT?

As for Numb3rs and Pushing Daisies I SO CANNOT WAIT! It's gonna be another awesome fall tv, I just know it :-)

I haven't watched Heroes yet, I downloaded PB first and then let the Heroes download run its course during the night. Also, what is it with torrents these days? It's hell finding the files we want... I hope it's just the back-to-school syndrom where things need a little bit of time to work out perfectly and not a new trend *fingers crossed*
