Kaja! I received the package! I didn't see any flying pigs, though you made me smile with that one :-) It was also SO worth the wait! Hee so many pressies in one parcel - how awesome was that? I love pretty much everything, though I might have a slight preference for the candle and the mug. I adore mugs - I have a gazillion of them and I can't get enough of them and the one you picked is just gorgeous. Also, the little book was a beautiful touch. THANK YOU, matey *kisses*

I've also received the last book I ordered, namely the first volume in the Dresden Files and I can't wait to start it. I've heard a lot about that series and now I'll finally be able to see for myself what it is about :-) Amazon made me smile, btw - it suggested a novel which is a) queer lit and b) apparently about a priest and bdsm; it does know me well *eg*

Without the slightest segue now: after the promo for the new SPN, I've watched the promo for the new Heroes and I CAN'T WAIT! There's this moment in particular that I had to rewind - it lasts, like, a nanosecond but it gave me shivers It's when Peter - or so I think it's Peter - screams forever. Man, that was one hell of a scream. I have a thing for men who know how to scream, and he definitely fit the bill. The rest was awesome too, mind, like that little scene when Hiro looks at the katana with that intense, if not a little awed, look on his face. I thought January, 11th was far away but it's nothing compared to the 22nd, man!

Speaking of tv shows; I'm downloading Torchwood as I type. It's high time I finally watch it, don't you think? Though that way, I'll be able to watch the episodes back to back instead of having to wait, which is just lovely. Also I meant to ask. When is Traveler supposed to premiere?

I'm feeling über lazy right now... if not for my little get-together with moimoietmoi in the evening, I don't think I'd even want to dress at all. Hey, btw, it'll be my first Starbucks of the year. Neato *g* I might get myself a new Starbucks mug to celebrate... We'll see :-)

I'm pretty curious about the whole Torchwood thing. My flist usually has a lot of good things to say about it - and even when it's negative, it's sweet, so that intriges me :-)

It does suck! 'cause Torchwood just ended and I was wondering idly "hm, I wonder when Traveler starts...", and with so many shows still on hiatus...

I too hope they're taking it seriously and the delay will only make it better. Because I really was in the mood for it to start, but well, what can we do? ;)

Our shows are soon coming back; we just need to be a bit more patient. Though, dude, sometimes, when I see how long a mini-hiatus feels, I really do wonder how we survive the long ones *shivers*
