Hard Core Logo? Gimme gimme gimme!

I just finished chatting with alinewrites on MSN and how come I never realised how absolutely brilliant Hard Core Logo was?? I mean, I knew it was great and twisted and everything, I more or less knew the storyline but wow I missed the most important points! I need to get this movie, do you hear me?! As soon as I get my DVD player dezonified I'll get the region 1 DVD *determined look* In the meantime, I'll read the fics, both FPS and RPS apparently.

I don't know what The Esu and I are doing tonight - we planned something but if we do proceed, we won't need to leave the house before 3.00 am --yes, you read right btw-- so I don't know if anything else is planned in between. I'm in no hurry because a) I'm watching Jake 2.0 right now and b) hello I have a new fandom to try!

Speaking of which, gotta go *g*

You must get HCL as soon as you can. Nobody I know has been able to watch that movie and not love it. And while I was under the assumption that there was just slash overtones, I got to see it last year and realized that no, not overtones, canonical slash. SAID IN THE SCRIPT. OMG, so good. I think I'll go downstairs and watch HCL again. That's a good way to end a perfectly happy day (well, if I turn it off before the end I mean)

I was relieved, sis. I dreaded the moment when he would have to eat. Knowing he would go through what he went through yesterday was a bit too much - but he had a reprieve at least, and the fact that he could talk made him feel much confident too *g*

I waited AGES for that movie, and then i finally found someone who made me VCD copies, so I know how you feel. With my brand new, nameless CD burner, and tomorrow being Sunday, it shouldn't be a problem.
Oh, and let me give you a warning about "dezonifieing" (this is so not a word) DVD players. I bought a region-free DVD player from Amazon (cyberHome), and it works really well. Only problem is that in order to play Region 1 DVDs, you need a NTSC compatible TV as well, so you shoudl check that first before you spent money on your DVD player. I found out that my TV isn't compatible after I spent money on the RC 1 Stargate Season 2 DVDs. Stupid me.
