I'm really trying to cling to the idea that the show is based on a novel; therefore, they might avoid the LOST debacle by sticking as much as possible to an already existing plot. I don't know, I really want to keep liking it. But I'm just cautious, I guess. LOST traumatised us all a lot, didn't it? One doesn't forget that kind of tv betrayal lol
