castalieMy body apparently decided to enter a contest of its own: see how long it can go with five hours of sleep or even less every night - I can't even say I sleep badly or anything, I sleep really well... just not really long.
Anyway...

babycakesin. I can now stop being jealous over pixiemoon's own really cool icon, I have my own version *g* I actually have different versions of the same icon, but decided to pick that one for now *g* I know I'm pretty partial to the 'Mikey Sandwich' one I asked but that's another story lol
I'm really excited because Babycakes is getting folked! No kidding, she got into QAF as quickly as I did. Quicker if you consider she was lucky to have the episodes immediately lol So now, she'll squee with me and I have to say it made me a happy camper because sharing a fandom youare obsessed with love with your best friend is just a wonderful feeling *g* Not only that but she even saw the wonder and sheer cuteness of one Michael Novotny so I'm in squee heaven *bouncing*
I also want to worship YouSendIt.com because even though I heard its name here and there in the past, I never tried it until a couple of days ago, and it's a little gem - I'm uploading QAF for Babycakes and Tai over there. Though it didn't work for the latter, but I sorta know it wouldn't, so I'll try again, no worries, ma belle *g*
Huge thanks towide_ocean who actually made me discover it from the inside after she uploaded one of my missing QAF S4 episodes - you're a doll *g*
Today is going to be quite busy --what else is new anyway-- so I'm trying to fill up my energy by reading fics all around. I started with a wonderful SG fic --gen at that-- but I read it at one of my MLs and I don't think it's been archived yet, so no link for now, sorry. It was a beautiful one, and know what? I even told myself that it would have lost its impact if it was slash. I mean, as I said once, when I read gen, I read gen, I don't try to turn it into something it's not 'supposed' to be. But I can't help thinking sometimes that it would make also a great slash story too if the writer chose to change some scenes. But here, I think the gen is more 'powerful' than the slash would have been somehow.
Speaking of SG, I didn't really feel like reading my flist yesterday - I more or less just scanned it, so I didn't read the reviews on Lockdown either, even though I've been waiting for them --as in waiting-- but I think I'm getting my 'mojo' back today so maybe I'll go back to my flist in search of them after all *g*
I'll also make sure to check out all the Moonridge reports, because talks about GM and RB together is always of the good *g* I saw some pics here and there, including this link posted at the French TS List, and since we have permission to share, well I'm doing just that *g* Moonridge Pics Here. Enjoy *g*
And finally, when I spoke of Tai - can you imagine she's now a married woman? Wow... it's so strange - I don't know why, but it's definitely in a good way *g* Though maybe because I knew her before, and now... now she's married... and I'm even happier than I saw both her and Matt when they came to Paris, because now I can say I know her husband *g* And believe me when I say they make one hell of a beautiful couple, btw *g*
