Update update - at my site, I mean *g*

Bloody hell! You never knew drama until you saw an Italian family think they've been offended by yours truly someone from their own family *cringe* I always say I'm a whiny little bitch but really, being 50% French, I don't have anything on those 100% Italian people. If you don't hear from me again, it'll be because I've been killed, for no reason at that, honest - and killed in a messy and painful way, a la padrino. I'm just sayin'.

Anyway, let's take advantage of my being still alive to make a verrrrry nice update about my site *g* I just finished coding all the tables that needed to be coded, as well as every single fic by the oh so very talented estrella30, so I'm proud to announce to all that I now have a) a new writer and b) a new fandom, namely Due South, at my beloved site! I also have a new genre *cough*het*cough* but that was so not my doing! I mean, I coded it because I offered to host her stories and really, I wasn't going to ban her het stories just because I'm sorta allergic to het, right? I'm a webmistress, and sometimes we have to make sacrifices in the name of fandom, so I did it *proud*

You're curious, huh? You want to see what I'm talking about? Good girls/boys, it's here, so come on in. Hopefully, everything is in order, but in case there's something wrong, just let me know, thanks *g*

And know what? She decided I needed a reward for this and she said she was going to write me the bottomiest bottom!Fraser story that ever existed - I mean, isn't this the best reward EVER, too? *bouncy* Yes, bottom!Fraser rocks my world, and I think I may have commented about this little quirk of mine once or twice on the girl's LJ - and see? She remembered *hugs Estrella*

Now on something different, I finally upgraded Y!M this morning and boy does it look classy now. It so stole MSN look, but I'm not complaining because I'm addicted to MSN and its gorgeous appearance *g*

I thought I had something else to say, but my mind went blank all of a sudden *sigh* Well, this will do, I guess.

ETA: Okay people, in order not to give estrella30 a bad name, I have to explain that she writes het pairings as opposed to het sex. Thanks for your attention *eg*

Well see, I explained to great length to Henry that he needed to name his computer once he would have his own, otherwise he risked offending the Computer Gods and Goddesses and really, he didn't want that. So when he bought his comp', he called it Désirée - which okay was a very old-fashioned French name [read grand-parents old-fashioned kind] but which meaning was quite powerful since it means 'desired' as in 'was desired' you know? He liked it all right but the oldie name started to bother him some so he gave it another name. Since he's a huge fan of The Simpsons and Homer and Bart in particular, he called it Barty.

It's not a very big fandom to be honest (though at the time I thought it was HUGE) and it's much bigger on lists than on lj.

It's a series of books by Janet Evanovich. They're mystery/romancy stories about a girl who's a bounty hunter (Stephanie Plum) and in the book she dithers (fucking constantly ) between these two guys. So 99% of the fic is pairing her up with one guy over another. Or pairing one of the 3 characters up with an OC.

Though, never pairing the two guys up with each other, sadly enough...

But yes, sigh. I was quite prolific in the Het sex a looooooooooong time ago.

Yep. She puts out one a year. This year was book#10 (no matter that they haven't been good since 5 or 6 if you're being kind) and it pretty much stunk. But yes, that's where ryho and I know each other from, way back when...
