A day in the life meme - Day 3

Apparently I'm committed to this Day in the life meme because I have one more day ready to be posted (ie Friday) and another day in progress (ie today). If that's not dedication to a meme, I don't know what is! Besides, as sunsetmog was saying, it's a reminder to post, which is nice :-) Having said that, we'll see whether or not I reach "day 7".

A day in the life : Friday


Yesterday's destination was Eurodisney, with jedicathy and rosengirl \o/ This is Cookie and I on our way to the station (no bus, this time \o/) and crossing the bridge accross the Seine. The weather was gorgeous, wasn't it?


Inside the RER A, after taking the B, after taking the C. Doesn't it feel like you spend all of your time on trains sometimes?


Eurodisney! We started with the second park, namely Disney Studio.


Then we headed to the main park. Hello Main Street!


Pretty castle is pretty.


Because I'm a wuss (I'm afraid of heights and I'm not a fan of speed) I thought it'd be fitting to wear that shirt.


Previous picture was, appropriately, taken while queuing for the Indiana Jones et le Temple du Péril rollercoaster. Eurodisney attractions are my limit. I couldn't do anything scarier than the rollercoasters we can find in that park.


Much more photos of the park were taken but I'm trying not to spam you too much so fastforward to the end of the day, right before taking the train(s) back to Choisy. I had no idea there was a Starbucks at Eurodisney! Well, technically it's not at Eurodisney but at Disney Village but still. So we stopped there. I know, there has been many Starbucks this week, we'll definitely go back to being reasonable next week.


Going from RER A to RER B.


Home! Because I had some energy left, I decided to assemble our new shelves for the bathroom. I like the way it looks, twas a good puchase.


Then it was laundry time.


And then I did the dishes. Before.


After.


And, finally, quiet time while cruising the net.

Done :-) Now, off to check the flist and trying to decide which fic I'll start reading, among the gazillion new tabs I've opened the past few days. Yay fics!

We had 40cm "available" in the bathroom and that's exactly how wide those shelves are. Obviously, they were made for us!

Disneyworld + Paris just has never sat well with me! Heck, I'm not a huge fan of it here. :P

Yeah, guess it's not for everyone. I'm lucky because Cookie, her best friends and my sister all love going there so I know I'll always have company should I feel like visiting :-)

It is brilliant fun, we love going there. We have a pass so we can basically go as many times as we want to, it doesn't cost us anything.
