castalieI was this close to play hookie this morning but the responsible part of me decided to intervene and I did go to work. Sometimes, being a grown-up sucks, you guys! I comfort myself focusing on the fact that in three weeks I'll be on vacation, though \o/ For a whole month, too ♥ ♥
Another reason to rejoice is that today is White Collar day! I'd better find a download as soon as I wake up tomorrow omg! When MU was still alive and kicking, you didn't even think about your downloads, everything was always a click away, hosted in several places at the same time, and it stayed that way - for what it seems, now we know better - forever and it was glorious. OneDDL kicked the bucket a couple of weeks ago and it's like your downloadeasy are disappearing one after the other #DNW It's not as if I didn't know where to look at and get my fix but still.
Speaking of tv. They started airing Teen Wolf in France and since I'd heard so much about it recently, I decided to give it a try, to see what the fuss was about. It's always amusing watching a show people have been raving about - well, not my whole flist, but enough people that I took notice - and even more amusing "meeting" a character that people have been talking about, it's a bit like meeting a celebrity :-) Funny thing is, even getting in the episode half-way through with no knowledge of who was who and who was related to whom, it was easy recognising Stiles at first glance. When you know Fandom, being able to say 'this is the character everyone is raving about' is a piece of cake ;-)
It's not love at first sight - either with Stiles or the show as a whole, even though I understand why he Fandom is enamoured with him - but I'm willing to tune in next week when the next batch of episodes air, see if I get into it a bit more. Also, just in case - and because I know myself - I've already downloaded the episodes of S2 that have aired so far in the US. So that I can move onto s2 right away, should I get into the show for realz.
