Trop d'émotions !

castalieChilling tonight after a weekend that was both studious and lovely. The lovely first: we had the in-laws over for lunch yesterday and today Cookie and I enjoyed the sun for a little stroll while sipping some Starbucks. We actually even took a sunbath on the steps of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France. Well, I was snuggled up in my coat with my mittens and my scarf but the sun did feel warm on our faces despite the cool air. It was so relaxing. The studious now: I worked on two assignments both yesterday and today and even threw some Italian homework in the mix. I like me some productive and relaxing weekend :)
I also finished Kings Rising by CS Pacat \o/ Omg, that novel gave me all the feelings, I enjoyed it so much *__* It's always sad to bid farewell to a beloved series yet so delightful when the last installment of said beloved series lives up to your expectations. Although when I say "bid farewell", it's not exactly true as CS Pacat has more in store for us, we're not completely done with this universe yet. I'm quite impatient to learn more about the three short stories set in the Captive Prince universe that she plans on releasing in the (hopefully near) future. It's so exciting to know that we haven't seen the end of those characters yet and that there are not one, not two but three stories coming up (even short stories). I mean, canon stories. Obviously fic is already there to fill in the void. Case in point, the new AO3 tab that I have opened in my browser. I intend to read as many Captive Prince fic as I can before I fall asleep tonight.
What else? Still very excited about Daredevil coming back, I'm counting the days! I haven't been this excited about the return of a tv series in a long time. Such a happy feeling it is, too ;)

I'm only halfway through Daredevil and I'm so stressed out omg! Things are just going to hell and I can only hope they'll get better by the end of the season... or that we get a third season if it doesn't!
