LJmas - Jour 6 (Mon beau sapin...)

Operation Get The Christmas Tree was a complete success \o/ We went out this morning and found the perfect tree in this unassuming utility shop just across the street. So convenient omg! They didn't have a lot of trees but theirs was a lovely collection. We were delighted.

We came back and immediately started the decorations (then we cleaned the whole place up because aforementioned tree deserves to remain in a pristine environment, right?). I'm now sitting on the couch with the most perfect view in front of me: decorated tree and assorted flat decorations ♥ There are so many lights shimmering all around! Our little Christmas village has gotten bigger, now it looks like a real village with a house, a bookstore coffeeshop as well as a chocolate shop. I must confess I am rather jealous of all the little people living in said village. I would love to at least spend the holidays there lol

I feel so cozy right now and enjoying every minute of it as we're leaving around 6.00PM for a whole night of cloakroom attendance. But knowing we'll come back to a pretty living room afterwards (even if it's very early tomorrow morning, if we want to be brutally honest with ourselves) is definitely helping ;)
